We preserved the original plaster medallions, boiserie, and arched windows - then paired them with inky lacquer, sculptural crystal, and custom furnishings in sage velvet and warm travertine. The result is a “modern neoclassical” retreat: equal parts Haussmann elegance and laid-back California light.
